Submission Guidelines

To enter games, short animations or short films, entrants must fill out a submission form online and include a link to a short trailer (less than one minute) showing off game play (games) or a brief intro to the film/animation. Table top games are also encouraged. Rather than a submitting a trailer, please submit a brief intro and an image or images of the game.

You will receive a response to your submission by October 28 if submitted before the late deadline. Further instructions regarding showing at the festival will be included in the response email.

Game Submissions - There is $25 table fee ($20 for students) for accepted games and an expectation that you will have a representative(s) to showcase the game. If you are unable to be present at the festival but still want to submit and show a game, please contact Rhaelene Lowther ([email protected]) and alternative/proxy arrangements can be made on a limited basis.

The link to submit the table fee will be included in your acceptance email.
